1.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
1.2 Orders placed after business hours or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
1.3 During high‑volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping – All Destinations: We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order, to every destination we serve, including the United States, Canada and our other international markets.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order
4.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
4.2 You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Sayitwiththreadr account or by contacting us directly.
4.3 Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
6.1 For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.
6.2 These charges are not included in our product prices, as shipping is free unless explicitly stated at checkout.
6.3 The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges upon delivery.
7. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages
7.1 If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbours or your local post office first.
7.2 If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 business days from the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
7.3 If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the carrier’s website for the most up‑to‑date information before contacting us.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order. If an incorrect address causes a delivery failure, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. Contact us immediately at support@sayitwiththreadr.com if you notice an error before your order ships.
9. Risk of Loss
All products are shipped FOB Origin – title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing carrier claims in the event of loss or damage.
