All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.

Sayitwiththreadr is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that supports our Services. However, all sales are made by Sayitwiththreadr, not by Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not a party to your transactions with us and is not responsible for any issues arising from your purchases, including product quality, delivery, returns, or refunds. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your transactions with Sayitwiththreadr.
